This policy explains how Cerberus Business Systems collects, uses and protects information when you visit this website or contact us. We handle personal information in line with Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and Canada's PIPEDA.
1. Information we collect
Contact form. When you use the contact form we collect the name, email address, company and message you type in. That is all the form collects.
Usage information. Our hosting provider records basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, which we use only to keep the site secure and working.
2. How we use it
We use your contact details to reply to you and to follow up on the enquiry you made. We do not add you to a marketing list without asking, and we never sell personal information.
3. Where it goes
Form submissions are stored in our database (Supabase) and forwarded to us by email (Resend). The site is hosted on Vercel. Each provider is bound to protect the information it handles, and each may process data in Canada or the United States.
4. How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of our business relationship, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
5. Cookies
This website does not set tracking or advertising cookies. If we add analytics in future we will update this policy first.
6. Your rights
You may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us at the address below and we will respond within 30 days.
7. Products we operate
Cerberus Systems CRM and other products we build have their own privacy policies, published on their own sites. This policy covers this website only.
8. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top tells you when it last changed.
